To place an order online, please browse through
our products via the products menu on the
left, then click the Add to Basket
button on the product of your choice. Once
you are happy with your order, click the Proceed
to Checkout button on your Shopping
Cart page.
Your order is sent via either Australia Post
Express Post, Australia Post Registered Post
or Australian Air Express depending on the
size of your order. The delivery charge is
a standard $19 per order - order multiple
items and pay only $19.
Your order is despatched by the next business
day and delivery is normally achieved between
2 and 5 days from when you placed your order.
Your order is delivered in person to your
door. If you are not at home when the delivery
person arrives, then a card will be left in
your letterbox advising you where your goods
can be collected from (e.g. a local post office).
We are able to offer air mail delivery
to most countries around the world. For
international delivery, the minimum order
amount is AU$100.

up my Order?
In order to keep our prices low and our operations
streamlined, we can't offer a pick-up facility
at the moment. Be assured that our delivery
charge is kept at the absolute minimum along
with our prices.

Warranty
and Returns
All of the products we sell are covered by
a warranty, so that if a product is found
to be faulty within the warranty period you
can return the product to the nominated service
centre and we will arrange for the manufacturer
to supply a new product or if applicable to
repair your product and send it back to you.

for sale come with a 12 months warranty. See
